📖 Chapter 1 Preview – The Lonely Wish

Lacy lived with her grandparents, Mema and Peapa, but everyone called her Cookie.

Even though she was loved, Cookie often felt lonely and wished for a special friend.

One day, Peapa’s remote control stopped working. When Cookie picked it up, she quietly said,
“I wish I had a friend.”

Suddenly… the remote began to glow.

Then something amazing happened. The remote turned into a little girl named Taundra.

“I’m a magical remote control,” Taundra said. “And I want to be your friend.”

Cookie was so happy! But Taundra had a secret…
